Any contributions help, and it is up to you whether you work on a project through all four steps of the BWTT Workflow, or specialize on just one step, that is detecting or analyzing problems, or developing or implementing solutions for whatever projects might interest you or come your way. You can also switch or alternate between work modes, and you of course freely decide when you work and what you will do.

BWTT projects do not belong to any single person or group of persons, any contributor can add to them. Questions, new ideas, discussions will usually highly improve the quality of projects in every step of the BWTT Workflow. Whenever serious quarrels occur, the moderation will use well-established conflict-solving routines.
