Methodology and Workflow

The BWTT uses a workflow of four steps:

1. Detecting Problems
2. Analyzing Problems
3. Developing Solutions
4. Implementing Solutions

For each of these four steps, there exist the following sections in the Best World Forum:

1. a BWF Knowledge Base for the step — to acquire the competences
2. General Questions about the step — to then ask if anything is still unclear
3. New Ideas for the step — to make suggestions to improve the Knowledge Base
4. applying the step for The World — the main purpose of the think tank
5. applying the step to The Think Tank Itself — reflexive BWTT management

The Knowledge Base for each step covers both its application for the world as well as
to the think tank as a whole and to each single contributor.
