Whether you have read parts of the book (https://future-democracy.org) already or not, here you can ask questions that are relevant for you and anybody else who is new to Future Democracy. As the author of the book and admin of this community, I will answer all your questions, or another community member will do so, and we can discuss everything.

Here in the forum, in one's profile one can select "My democracy level", where only the abbreviations are listed, which I find not only intransparent but potentially deterring for new users. Similar with the CDW field. New/potential users may feel almost steamrolled by cryptic things they do not understand, which is in no-one's interest. I'd suggest using the unabbreviated forms.

I had hoped it to become a culture of its own, where people would refer to the respective concepts by their abbreviations in almost every case, and newbies would quickly be taught their meanings. When I relaunch the forum on my own social web platform that I plan to launch in 2026 or early 2027, I will however ensure a more easy onboarding, as you are actually right. I just don't think this forum here merits the effort.
